Packaging group Nampak has advised shareholders that CFO Glenn Fullerton has resigned and will step down from his role on August 31.

During the remainder of his tenure, Fullerton will continue to perform his duties as CFO and will work closely with the board and executive management to ensure continuity and a smooth and effective transition.

As part of the succession planning process, the board, through its nominations and remunerations committee, has initiated a process to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced successor.

“The board expresses its appreciation to Glenn for his contribution to the company over the past 11 years and specifically his leadership during a period of significant change,” says Nampak.
